Second Chance Summer: Book Chat

What?!? I read another contemporary novel? Yes, I did. And let me tell you… This book tore me to pieces. Second Chance Summer by Morgan Matson was beautiful and heartbreaking. My cheeks were stained with tears and  my nose was runny. I was a hot mess.

We meet Taylor and we follow her journey through the last summer she spends with someone special in her life. She learns how damaging running from your problems are and the importance of love.

| my thoughts|

I keep my book chats brief. The reason being, I tend to blab things about the book. I don’t want to spoil any books for anybody.

I rated this book 5 stars on Goodreads. This book will give you major feels. The relationships were really well done and not cheesy. The emotions Taylor felt were real. You felt the pain, the love and the joy. You see forgiveness and honestly this book was just so good!

Have you read Second Chance Summer? If so what did you think?

Till next time
